Embroidered Quilt

This is a small wall quilt. 21" x 32" I hand embroidered this and machine pieced. Made in about 1997. Not the best shot but it's winter and I can't get outside for photos. It's about 20 degrees!

Faye, your quilt is beautiful. Is it from a Liberty Homestead book or pattern? It reminds me of her style.

If so, would you share which book?
Thank you!

Kathy, I believe you are right, Liberty Homestead sounds very familiar. I'm away right now and can't look it up but I do remember it was a pattern and not a book. When I can, I'll post where the pattern came from exactly. I made it so long ago that I had forgotten but I do like to try to add that information whenever I can.

Thank you. Liberty Homestead is going to vend in Lancaster, PA in early April, so I want to be sure to look for her. I love the style of quilting mixed with stitchery. It's fun to do! Problem is, I can't afford ALL the books! haha!

I wish I could tell you the name of the pattern and I'm about 99% certain it was a pattern....now watch, it'll be a book! I'm sorry that I can't give you more info. I made this in 1998 approx., so it's an older pattern. I hope you can find the pattern!
